Service
AntOps provides operational monitoring and evidence services. Outputs are informational and are not legal advice, credit decisions, security or compliance certification, or a guarantee of availability or accuracy.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for authorized use of your account and session, lawful monitoring targets and inputs, and protecting credentials. Do not use AntOps for illegal monitoring, unauthorized attacks or scanning, abuse, credential misuse, or circumvention of rate and capacity limits.
Plans and billing
AntOps Workspace plans are Free, Starter (£29/month), Pro (£79/month), and Business/MSP (contact sales). Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions; no annual billing or trial is offered unless introduced explicitly. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Where available, customers manage subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal. A cancellation scheduled for period end remains entitled through the stored current-period end. Payment failures, suspension and retention actions follow the applicable billing state and law. Refund requests are considered under applicable terms, law and published policy; these terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule.
Third parties, governing law and contact
External providers, registries and marketplaces may be unavailable, delayed or changed. RapidAPI plans are separate from AntOps Workspace plans. Self-service plans do not include an SLA unless expressly agreed. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks or non-payment. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
