Controller and contact

AntOps is operated by Oğulcan Aydoğan, a sole trader trading as Artificial Works. Our business/service address is 7 Eyre Court, 146 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9FT, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected].

What we collect and why

We process account email and authentication identity/provider information; workspace metadata; monitoring targets and configuration; resulting observations, events and evidence; API-key metadata (never a recoverable key secret); usage, security and audit logs; support communications; and customer-facing Stripe subscription metadata. This supports authentication, requested monitoring, security, billing, support, reliability and minimal analytics.

Providers

Current processors include Supabase for authentication, Resend for authentication email, Stripe for payment processing and billing portal functions, Cloudflare for delivery and analytics, and GitHub for enabled GitHub sign-in. Google sign-in is disabled and not active. Provider/registry sources are contacted only when relevant to requested monitoring.

What we do not intentionally store

AntOps does not retain plaintext AntOps API key secrets after their one-time display. We do not store payment card numbers or Google/GitHub OAuth access tokens in the AntOps B450 application database.

Storage, retention and choices

Application data is stored in AntOps infrastructure including B450 PostgreSQL and private document storage, with operational backups. Some providers may process data elsewhere. Retention varies by data type, plan and operational need; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Security, billing and legal records may be retained where appropriate. You can download account/workspace data or submit an operator-reviewed deletion request in Settings. For privacy requests contact [email protected].
